Thank you for coming to watch 3 Hazel’s class assembly. We hope you enjoyed it! Thank you for also joining us for our attendance celebration! 

Year two have been learning the importance of hygiene. We used glitter to represent germs. We passed on ‘the germs’ to show how important washing our hands is. 

Within our Tiger Who Came to Tea topic we have been learning about tigers.  Today we made posters for our Tiger day to raise money to adopt a tiger.  

Year 2 have been sorting foods to help them understand the importance of a balanced diet.

Today, we started our Islam topic in R.E.. The children identified and explore the countries that Islam was founded.

In English, we are reading the story ‘After the fall’. It is the story of Humpty after the fall. We debated whether Humpty should climb up the wall again. We then took part in a ‘conscience alley’ to share our opinions.

Thank you to our Mystery Reader, Isabelle’s mum, for reading a fabulous story about dinosaurs.

Year 3 had a fantastic afternoon. As part of our pupil voice afternoon, the children took part in a danceathon to raise money for the charities Mind and Shelter. We explored these charities in the morning and looked at how our money could help others. As a year group, we danced non-stop for over…
